Q1: Are all the UHF RFID equipments required to get the NCC Type approval or Site License certificate prior to be used or sale
       in Taiwan?

   A: Only RFID Fixed Reader;handheld Reader and Printer are required to get certificate.RFID tags can not emit radio wave
        by itself, so don’t need to get NCC certificate.

Q2: If RFID Reader has already adjusted into 922-928MHz ,does it still need to get NCC certificate before sale or installation
       in Taiwan ?

   A: Reason to get NCC certificate is to make sure that the RFID reader will only emit radio wave in the required spectrum
       (922-928Mhz) & not interference with other RF equipments.Adjusting RFID reader to 922-928Mhz only meet one of the
       requirement.So it still requires to get NCC certificate. 

Q3: The penality regulation if your RFID equipment doesn’t have NCC certificate in Taiwan .

  A: Up to NTD$500,000 for the penality & the RFID equipments required to be destroyed.If it interference with other RF
       equipment it possible to have legal issue by Taiwan Telecom Law.

Q4: Which one(Reader or Tag) type/model needs to be decided before installing UHF RFID system?

  A: Due to the technical features of UHF RFID system,not all the requirements of Tag that user want can be purchased in
       the market now(Such as tag size ; mounting surface), Normally user will determine tag type/model firstly.

Q5:Do RFID Readers often interfere with other RF equipments ?

  A: Yes. It happens all the time.Different spectrum or RF Power output will cause the interference issue.Therefore,you need
       to select the professional RFID solution provider to assure the reliability and stability of installion.
